This section is provided for qualified healthcare practitioners as professional education. It summarises selected ingredient-level and pathway-level research relating to male reproductive system health, urogenital health, saw palmetto, nettle root, phytosterols, boswellic acids and boron. It does not represent additional ARTG indications for Prostate Protect.

Prostate Protect is relevant to practitioners interested in male reproductive health, urogenital health, Serenoa repens research, Urtica dioica research, botanical phytosterols, boron nutrition and men’s health pathway education.

Serenoa repens, also known as saw palmetto, is widely discussed in professional literature in relation to male urogenital health, phytosterols, urinary comfort pathways and prostate-related research. In Prostate Protect, it supports practitioner education around male reproductive and urogenital health, but should not be presented as a claim for BPH, prostatitis, urinary obstruction, PSA reduction or prostate disease treatment.

Urtica dioica root is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and has been discussed in men’s health and urogenital research contexts. Practitioner interest may include urogenital health, urinary pathway research, phytochemicals and botanical constituent education.

Boswellia serrata provides boswellic acids and is included as part of the broader botanical formula profile. Practitioner interest may include inflammatory pathway research and botanical resin constituents. This does not create an anti-inflammatory disease indication for the finished product.

Boron is a trace mineral included at a low dose. Practitioner interest may include mineral nutrition, endocrine pathway research, bone-related background research and general men’s health education.

Dioscorea collettii var. hypoglauca, Lindera strychnifolia, Ligustrum lucidum, Alpinia hainanensis and Anemone altaica support the broader botanical formula profile. Practitioner interest may include traditional men’s health contexts, urogenital support, botanical constituents and ingredient-level education.

The combination of saw palmetto, nettle root, boswellia, boron and related botanicals supports practitioner education around male reproductive system health and urogenital health. Broader research areas such as BPH, prostatitis, urinary urgency, urinary frequency, dribbling, PSA, prostate cancer, libido treatment, 5-LOX suppression or uric acid reduction should remain professional background only and not be presented as product indications.

This information is provided for practitioner education only and does not represent additional ARTG indications for Prostate Protect.
