Directions

Recommended practitioner dosage:

Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Maximum daily dose: 1 capsule daily.

Maximum single dose: 1 capsule.

Dosage and duration should be determined by the treating healthcare practitioner based on individual assessment and must not exceed the ARTG-listed maximum daily dose.

Adults only

In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. 

Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.

Do not use with MAO inhibitors for depression.

St John’s Wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill. Consult your doctor.

Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.

This product contains pyridoxal 5-phosphate, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Levomefolate calcium

Provides levomefolic acid, a biologically active folate form. Folate is relevant to red blood cell production and normal biochemical pathways.
